On January 4, 2024, a working meeting of the ERASMUS+ THE BRIDGE project partners took place to discuss key aspects of its implementation. Svitlana SHYTIKOVA, Coordinator of the National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine, was among the participants.
The participants focused on financial management, project registration procedures, and the consortium agreement. Another important topic was the structure of the official project website, its sections, and the creation of institutional pages for all Ukrainian partners.
Additionally, the readiness of key documents to be uploaded to the FTP by the end of January was analyzed, including the project management plan, kick-off meeting report, quality assurance plan, and dissemination plan. Special attention was paid to aligning the procurement plan for universities and developing an action plan for January–March, which includes a needs analysis, questionnaire development, project sustainability plan, and the establishment of a stakeholder platform.
The meeting marked an important milestone in coordinating partner efforts, ensuring sustainability, and defining clear next steps for project implementation.
