In March 2018, at the Polytechnic Institute of Pozega (Croatia), at the Faculty of Economics, the Teaching Staff Mobility of PhD of Economy, Associate Professor, Head of the International Department Pandas Anastasiia and Scientific secretary of Odessa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Assistant of information technology and applied mathematics department Natalia Pushchina has taken place within the framework of the Erasmus + KA107 project.

The Erasmus + Staff Week included teaching hours for Croatian students and different kinds of academic activities.

Teaching hours consisted of two blocks. 

 The first block included a series of lectures on the formation of an effective socio-economic strategy for urban development, tools for urban management of urban space and modern trends in the development of the city territories. 

 And the second included methods, concepts and programs of project management in order to improve the efficiency of companies, the general methodology of project management in construction.

Within the frameworks of Staff Week, a round table discussion was held with Dean of the Faculty of Economics Dink Zima, Erasmus + Office manager Barbara Pisker and colleagues from Uzhgorod National University, Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Vitalii Sergenov, Head of the Department of Economic Theory Alexander Molnar. Colleagues shared their experience of organizing academic mobility, discussed the prospects of cooperation for the 2018-2019 academic year.

Erasmus + Office also organized a visit to the business incubator in the town Plearnice  http://www.plink.hr/en. This is a technological innovation center with an incubator for the development of rural economy and entrepreneurship, which is designed to promote new technologies, innovations and entrepreneurship.

During the visit the current projects, the experience of integration of science and economics, as well as variants of financial support of innovative and technological projects were presented.
During the Staff Week at Polytechnic Institute in Pozega (Croatia), perspectives and practical aspects of the development of the international direction and the collaboration, exchange of experience, establishment of new partnerships were discussed.

Undoubtedly, new contacts and interesting experiences of our colleagues from Croatia will find the application in the activities of the department of international relations and development strategy of OSACEA.
